Homeowners must clear sidewalks within

   24 hours after snow has fallen -

   12 hours for ice.

 

Residents that travel during the winter months must make arrangements to have their sidewalks cleaned during their absence.

 

State law prohibits placing snow in the street.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Dimondale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22nd, at 7:00 p.m. at the Dimondale Village Hall, 136 N. Bridge St., Dimondale MI, for the purpose of obtaining public comments on the following proposed items:

 

Ordinance 2010-1, An ordinance to amend Chapter 1278, B-1 Business District, to provide for residential land uses alone or in combination with permitted uses in the Business District with the issuance of a special use permit.

 

Ordinance 2010-2, An ordinance to amend the zoning district map, to allow a change in zoning for property located at 239 East Road and described as follows: LOT 3. ASSESSORS PLAT NO. 2 VILLAGE OF DIMONDALE SEC. 15, T3N, R3W.  Property is owned by Union Bank.  Said property requested to be rezoned from R-1C, One Family Medium Density Residential, to B-1, Business.

 

A request for a Special Use Permit from Union Bank, 127 East Road and Kern Slucter, 6635 Creyts Road for two-family residential use of the property located at 239 East Road.

 

A request for a Special Use Permit from Union Bank, 127 East Road and Kern Slucter, 6635 Creyts Road for mixed uses (one family residential with a studio on the second floor and permitted business uses on the first floor) of the property located at 363 Creyts Road.

 

Tentative text, maps and site plans may be examined at the Village Office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 136 N. Bridge Street, Dimondale.
